Meircan Han

Meircan Han, an International Relations graduate from Middle East Technical University, brings his experience to the role as the PMER Deputy Coordinator at the Turkish Red Crescent. Leveraging his expertise in program monitoring and evaluation, he actively contributes to the implementation of cash assistance programs, focusing on areas such as community engagement activities, accountability, and reporting.

In his capacity, Meircan plays a pivotal role in developing logical frameworks, conducting socio-economic impact assessments of Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA), and overseeing the management of proposal documents. His responsibilities extend to encompass programmatic communication activities, donor reporting, inter-sectoral coordination, and the strategic planning of program designs.

With six years of dedicated service on KIZILAYKART projects, Meircan is responsible for overseeing PMER activities across all CVA projects, including the Emergency Social Safety Net (ESSN), the largest cash assistance program, and other sectoral CVA projects within the Turkish Red Crescent.
