Céline Sinitzky Billard

Céline joined CALP in May 2023 bringing over 12+ years of experience in the development and humanitarian sectors. She had worked in Asia, Middle East, Europe and Africa.

For the eight years prior to joining CALP, Céline worked with Action Contre la Faim (ACF) as a CVA and Social Protection Advisor.

Céline is an Agronomist Engineer and holds a MS degree in Economy and Public policies.

Céline lives in France and speaks both French and English. As a ‘typical Frenchie’, she is often grumpy (unless you feed her), always on strike against social injustice, and speaks about food all the time (even during meals).
