سيلين سينيتسكي بيلارد

Céline joined CALP in May 2023 bringing over 12+ years of experience in development and humanitarian sectors. She had worked in Asia, Middle East, Europe and Africa. 

Prior to CALP, and for the last 8 years, Céline was working with Action Contre la Faim (ACF) most recently as CVA and Social Protection advisor.  

Céline is an Agronomist Engineer and holds a MS degree in Economy and Public policies.

Céline lives in France, speaks French and English.
