This set of tools developed by PCI seeks to harmonize language and approaches for use by teams involved in the design and implementation of cash transfer programs and is not intended to be a complete guide for design and implementation.

The tool box focuses on the crucial steps within the program cycle of cash and voucher programs in order to help country offices develop their own systems and procedures. The tools aim to be short and simple enough that they can be accessible to everyone.
