Maximilla joined CALP in October 2022. She has over 8 years of experience implementing CVA interventions. Prior to joining CALP, she worked as a Cash Based Intervention Programme Officer and Cash for Work Officer at FAO Somalia among other roles. These roles have exposed her to crucial elements of cash programming and operations. Maximilla holds a bachelor’s degree in Geography and Sociology from the University of Nairobi and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Emergency Management and Resilience.
