Marit Glad

Norwegian national with broad humanitarian experience across programmes, policy and advocacy, from both field and headquarters. For the past years focused primarily on new trends within the sector and beyond, leading NRC’s programme development globally. Has a master’s degree in international relations from the University of Florence, Italy, and worked in both private sector and academia before joining the aid world. Passionate about a humanitarian response that places the people we work for at the centre and a firm believer in collaboration and innovation as necessary ingredients for a relevant and high-quality response.
