Payment solutions for CVA implementers
FinTech enables choice, empowering recipients
This webinar looks at the choice model, an idea initially explored in government-to-person (G2P) social protection schemes, which gives recipients a choice over the delivery mechanisms used to distribute CVA. Pilots show that providing CVA recipients with choice over cash delivery mechanisms improves both the quality of service and reduces costs.
FinTech advancements, in particular payment aggregators, are being used to deliver choice in humanitarian CVA interventions – the report explores how organizations work with these companies, the benefits and challenges, and uses case studies to help those implementing CVA interventions to understand how they work in reality.
In this webinar we delved into the meanings and roles of various Payment Solution Providers (PSPs) including payment aggregators, switches, gateways, FSPs, and data managers, exploring the services they offer and their target demographics. We also discussed some of the main topics from the report.
