Ciara O’ Malley

Ciara O’ Malley is a Global Cash Advisor with GOAL. Ciara’s role is to lead the growth, and expanded use of CVA in GOAL, and ensure its quality is continuously enhanced to achieve the best possible outcomes for the communities GOAL serves. Ciara has over a decade of experience in humanitarian programming with several years as a global and regional cash adviser with HelpAge and CARE, prior to joining GOAL in 2020. Ciara has set up or supported a variety of cash-based responses such as the Zimbabwe food crisis, east Ukraine conflict, Nepal earthquake, Syria conflict response, Uganda refugee response and Pakistan floods response, amongst others. She holds a MSc in Development Administration and Planning from University College London and is currently based in Jordan.
