Fiorenza is a human rights and humanitarian professional with significant experience in the field of protection, migration and displacement. Prior to joining the CALP Network, she has worked for several NGOs and INGOs as well as for Swiss FDFA as a researcher, a policy advisor and a protection expert. In 2017 she joined the Swiss Humanitarian Aid Unit, who deploys her in missions abroad. Since 2019, when not on mission, she also works as a translator. She speaks Italian, French, English, Spanish and German.
