مايكل بيلارو

Michael has over 12 years of experience in humanitarian and development work. Prior to joining CALP Network, he was IFRC’s regional CVA coordinator for Asia Pacific. He has expertise in food security and livelihoods and supported programming on WASH, shelter, education, and protection. He previously also worked with Plan International, Philippine Red Cross, and British Red Cross.

Michael has worked in Malaysia, Pakistan, and the Philippines and has deployments on various CVA responses in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Laos, Sri Lanka, Turkey, Timor-Leste, and Viet Nam.

He has a degree in Social Work and speaks Filipino and English.
