Responding to Drought in Kenya Using Cash and Vouchers: Learning from Previous Responses

This paper provides a summary of 100 recommendations, lessons and observations from evaluations that have looked at the use of cash and vouchers in drought responses in Kenya.

The reports which were reviewed considered the use of cash and vouchers in drought related responses in urban and rural areas; they included short and long term responses by a variety of agencies and using various payment methods.
