September 2007 — By Simon Levine

It looks at the potential problems which could affect the feasibility of cash interventions and assesses their relevance to the implementation. The issues covered include the market and availability of necessary goods, conflict targeting and gender control of household resources, delivery mechanisms and cost effectiveness of cash aid.
