Report series of events – Cash Week in Colombia

Considering the level of interest and influence of Colombia in the Americas region, CALP and the local CWG of Colombia developed a series of joint “Cash Week” events in the cities of Cucuta, Medellín and Bogotá, on 6-10 of May 2024, to identify specific topics of interest for each territory. This selection was made to understand the organizations’ experiences with CVA at the local level and how it is articulated at the national level.

The events provided spaces for diverse actors to share, learn, and contribute to discussions on humanitarian CVA at local and national levels. The objectives were:

• Strengthen synergies and networking among CVA actors in three contexts in Colombia.
• Share current issues impacting CVA in the Americas and globally.
• Highlight technical topics of interest to national and local CWG in Colombia.
• Identify priority articulation and support activities between CALP and local CWG for 2024-2025.

This document details the results of this series of events.
