Feasibility Study on Cash and Voucher Assistance Programming for the IDPs and Host Communities in Afar, Amahara, Benshangul Gumuz and Tigray Region

This document reveals the outcome of a feasibility study on Cash and Voucher Assistance Programming targeted for the IDPs and the host communities in Afar, Amhara, Benshangul Gumuz and Tigray. The study evaluated various factors including markets, financial service providers, political acceptance and Plan International Ethiopia’s institutional capability and thereby identified the cash and vouchers appropriateness in the area. A set of recommendations are also made.
