CashCap case study: Country mission to South Sudan

This case study walks us through a context where initial the humanitarian actors didn’t engage or trust the CWG’s achievements. Where a key challenge was balancing the power dynamics and ensuring the voices of national NGOs in particular got heard at the table dominated by bigger players. Until CashCap was called in and played as an interlocutor between multiple agencies, two experts were able to act as a neutral force in a tricky and political space.
