Best Practices for Rapid Cash Deployment

This note shares some best practices for rapid cash transfers based on our experience delivering cash transfer programs in difficult operating environments.

These new circumstances have led to some innovative strategies being used for beneficiary identification and targeting, increased adoption of digital payments over cash, and lower fees.
