Anticipatory action and cash transfers for rapid onset hazards: Practitioners note for field testing

This report is a collaboration between Asia-Pacific Regional Cash Working Group (RCWG) and Asia-Pacific Technical Working Group on Anticipatory Action (TWGAA) who have joined forces to understand cash’s relationship with anticipatory action and come up with initial answers. Findings in this study reveal a need for more research and technical guidance materials until both cash and anticipatory action practitioners adopt common standards as initial step and periodic revisions are also expected along with the development of supplementary materials.
