Tobias Ndlovu
Global Humanitarian Advisor (Roving)
Tobias Ndlovu is a Global Humanitarian Advisor with DCA. His role is to support humanitarian and CVA policy and program development in DCA country offices and partners. Tobias has more than 8 years of international experience in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East and 10 years with local organizations in Zimbabwe. He holds a master’s degree in Disaster Management from the University of Freestate, South Africa.
