Programme Officer for Cash and Voucher Assistance

Stefan Bumbacher is the Programme Officer for Cash and Voucher Assistance at Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and leads the Swiss Humanitarian Aid’s Unit Expert Group Cash. He was previously seconded by SDC as a Senior Technical Officer for the CALP Network in Geneva and Jordan and as a Programme Policy Officer CBT with the World Food Programme in Syria. Stefan has also contributed to SDC rapid response missions in Guatemala, Albania, Nepal and the Philippines.
