Isabelle Pelly

Independent

Isabelle has been actively involved in CVA since 2008, when she worked on ECHO’s first cash and voucher guidance. Since then, she has had a broad range of project management, advisory, and coordination roles in CVA, in contexts such as Haiti, Zimbabwe, West Africa, and Lebanon. She was CaLP’s global programmes coordinator until the end of 2018, and during this time became passionate about the role networks can play in driving system change. She is now working as an independent consultant based in Haiti, on projects spanning CVA, Social Protection, foresight analysis, strategic planning, and collective impact.
