Frederic Wiesenbach is the Global Cash and Programme Quality Advisor for Caritas Switzerland. Currently he is the Chief of Party of a cash consortium in Syria and co-lead of the Damascus Cash Working Group. Fred has extensive experience in implementing cash and voucher assistance interventions with national partners which provides him with a strong localization of aid perspective.
