Francisco Hernandez
Francisco is a bilingual (English-Spanish) industrial engineering professional with 10+ years of progressive experience. His diversified skills include program management, cash transfer programming, public policies management, humanitarian aid and migratory flow interventions, and excellent organizational skills.
He worked on humanitarian projects that addresse the migration crisis, developing solutions through cash transfer programs with protection standards and a differential approach. The recent experience at World Vision has allowed him to lead complex projects, such as those implemented with the VenEsperanza Consortium and Beyond Borders and under donor requirements, where he managed the dialogue with multiple stakeholders, including global offices and local authorities.
In addition, he has a solid track record in institutions such as UNICEF, where he promoted the first humanitarian transfer program in Colombia, aimed at the education of children and adolescents during the COVID-19 Emergency.
