Paola Castiati

Paola Castiati is the Global Cash Specialist for Tearfund. Tearfund implements market based intervention through National Civil Society and Faith Based Organisations with a particular focus on their capacity building. Cash and Vouchers are integrated in long term programs and they are the preferred modality to respond to humanitarian crisis. Paola provides technical support and guidance to Tearfund Country teams and Partners in all aspects of Cash and Voucher Assistance. Prior to Tearfund, Paola spent 7 years in African Countries with a focus on Cash  and Voucher Assistance   in East Africa. Paola holds a degree in Development and Cooperation and a Master in International Relationship and Human Rights.
