Hélène Pasquier
Head of Food Security & Livelihoods department
Hélène Pasquier is the Head of Food Security & Livelihoods (FSL) department of Action Against Hunger based in Madrid Headquarters. She leads the strategy and work of the organization in the technical areas of FSL and Cash & Voucher Assistance (CVA), mainly in Latin America, Middle East and West Africa. She has been working for 17 years with different international NGOs, spending her first 10 years in the field. She holds a master´s degree in Agronomy.
