Series of meetings organised by the Cash Coordination Caucus
Objectives
This series of 4 meetings will address issues of cash coordination through high level dialogue and technical discussions. These meetings are invitation only, however interested parties can engage with participants from their constituency throughout the process to provide their views.
Event 1: First Political High Level Strategic Dialogue of the Cash Coordination Caucus – 22/11/2021
This meeting aims to:
– get buy-in for the caucus from senior stakeholders
– agree on the problem statement and scope of work of the caucus
– formally task a Senior Technical Working Group with identifying a concrete solution to the current issues around cash coordination and agree to present it to the IASC for adoption.
Event 2: Senior technical discussion – 29/11/2021
To agree parameters of the face to face senior technical workshop in December 2021
Event 3: Senior Technical Working Group of the Cash Coordination Caucus – 07/12/2021- 8/12/2021
Discussions to identify a concrete solution to the current issues around cash coordination.
Event 4: The Senior Technical Working Group of the Cash Coordination Caucus- 18/01/2022
Meeting to endorse the outcome document that will then be sent to the Principals ahead of their meeting on 8 February.
Event 5: Second Political High Level Dialogue of the Cash Coordination Caucus – 08/02/2022
To make a decision on the preferred solution/ recommendation to address the issues of cash coordination.
The endorsed solution will then be formally presented to the IASC for adoption by a delegate representative of the caucus or by the Eminent Person.
