How to map Financial Service Providers

We were delighted to share with you an event on Financial Service Providers Mapping – a webinar inspired by the experience of Cash Working Groups and designed to support peer-to-peer learning among cash practitioners.

Our panellists from CALP, REACH, and the Somalia CWG went through the different FSP mapping approaches and Crown Agents Bank shared their perspective on their involvement as a service provider.

During this webinar we:

• Familiarised participants on what a successful FSP mapping exercise entail
• Highlighted different successful FSP mapping approaches in Somalia and Yemen and why they were successful
• Examined the pitfalls in FSP mapping.

The panel discussion was followed by a Q&A session and breakout room discussions.
