Capacity Building Lead - West and Central Africa
With an Agricultural Techniques engineer acquired at Abdou Moumouni University of Niamey (Niger), Abdoulaye developed his professional career of more than ten years mainly on food security and livelihoods in emergencies as well as in long-term actions. He brings with him extensive experience in the design, implementation and coordination of cash and voucher assistance programmes. Apart from having worked with national organizations, governmental structures and international organizations, he worked for Oxfam for over four years on both humanitarian and development, including advocacy, networking and managing partnerships with national organizations. Additionally, Abdoulaye was in charge of coordinating the Cash Working Group in Niger from 2013 to 2014.
