Instituto de Estudios sobre Conflictos y Acción Humanitaria (Institute of Studies on Conflicts and Humanitarian Action)

Based in Madrid, the Institute aims to contribute to the consolidation of the response to crises, emergencies and violent conflicts through advocacy, training and technical assistance with non-governmental organisations, public institutions, academic actors and interested individuals. Cash-based transfers and Voucher Assistance is one of the top strategic areas in our alliance with different humanitarian actors, including DG ECHO as a member of the Inspire + Consortium and with the Spanish Cooperation Agency (AECID). We strive to promote the use of Cash-based transfers and Voucher Assistance in the humanitarian sector, particularly within the Spanish Cooperation.
