BIEP West and Central Africa
This one year programme gives CVA experts the opportunity to benefit from a range of capacity building activities, including training, job placement and mentoring.
The BIEP aims at going beyond the standard training programme, to offer a more intensive series of capacity building sessions, as well as additional peer-to-peer support, mentoring and placements (when funding permits).
“The BIEP program allowed to bring together participants from different organizations in a spirit of sharing and teamwork which then extends to the field and through the development of joint programmes for the benefit of vulnerable populations. The trainings remain practical for field actors as they were able to directly apply theories to their contexts.”
Amayel Sow, BIEP cohort 2017-2018
