Join our Building Individual Expertise Programme in West Africa

The BIEP offers individuals the opportunity to benefit from a range of capacity building activities, including training, job placement and mentoring. Apply now to be part of the 2019-20 cohort in West Africa.

Today we announce a call for applications to be part of the 2019-2020 cohort for the Building Individual Expertise Programme (BIEP) in West Africa.

The BIEP offers individuals the opportunity to benefit from a range of capacity building activities, including training, job placement and mentoring.

This new call for applications follows a pilot programme which took place in 2017-2018 in West Africa. Participants from the pilot cohort have applied the expertise they gained from the BIEP to play a more active role in country level coordination and technical discussions around cash, strengthening the position of their organisations and the community of practice.

Building on the pilot phase, the CALP Network is looking for 10 individuals from the region to join the next cohort, which will run from February 2019 to February 2020

The programme is open to humanitarian organisations operating in West Africa dedicated to increasing the scale and quality of cash and voucher assistance. Interested individuals are invited to submit an application by 27 January 2019.
