Client Operations Manager
Mary oversees the RedRose Client Operations Team which supports the implementation and scaling of emergency response, livelihoods, health, cash for work, and other assistance programs through the RedRose ONEsolution. She acts as a thought partner to clients implementing CVA programs in over 40 countries around the world to increase their reach, monitor quality, and measure the outcomes. Prior to RedRose, she was the Middle East Regional ICT4P Coordinator with the International Rescue Committee (IRC) and has over 20 years of experience working with NGOs and private sector companies to deliver fit-for-purpose digital solutions. Mary holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in International Development from George Washington University.
