Practical Scenario: Monitoring and Adapting Cash and Voucher Assistance
This scenario based course takes around 2 hours to complete and allows learners to practice using their Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) knowledge and skills in a programmatic setting.
Within the scenario you’ll be making important decisions about your programme based on a wide range of monitoring data.
By the end of this scenario, you’ll be able to:
- Identify sources of programme monitoring data.
- Analyse monitoring data to identify key risks requiring further analysis, mitigation and response during programme implementation.
- Demonstrate how to manage and mitigate prioritised risks during programme implementation.
- Identify mid-programme modifications to CVA implementation to address the risks identified.
This scenario was created by the Cash Learning Partnership and the Humanitarian Leadership Academy.
