Practical Scenario: Monitoring and Adapting Cash and Voucher Assistance

This scenario based course takes around 2 hours to complete and allows learners to practice using their Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) knowledge and skills in a programmatic setting.

Objectives

Within the scenario you’ll be making important decisions about your programme based on a wide range of monitoring data.

By the end of this scenario, you’ll be able to:

  • Identify sources of programme monitoring data.
  • Analyse monitoring data to identify key risks requiring further analysis, mitigation and response during programme implementation.
  • Demonstrate how to manage and mitigate prioritised risks during programme implementation.
  • Identify mid-programme modifications to CVA implementation to address the risks identified.
